How do you get the good sound quality? When i do games and stuff, my sound quality is crap, but when i listen to it in library its normal... Can u help me whith this?

When you're exporting your movie,
Go to file, click export flash movie, and a little window should open up. A little past halfway though the window, it should say something like, "Audio Stream" and "Audio Event".
Click on the "set" button located to the side, and then change the bit rate to like 32 or 48 kbps.
